We know how busy life is for you and we make every effort to accommodate your busy schedule. So that we can get our clients in and out on time, we expect our clients to be on time and keep their scheduled appointments. Please make appointments that you know you can keep. Last minute changes increase the cost of providing excellent care to our clients. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance
We are happy to assist you with your dental insurance as a courtesy and service to you. We will complete all forms pertaining to your dental insurance claims and send them promptly to your insurance carrier.
Payment Options
Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options: Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted in our office. We do offer Care Credit payment plans with 12 month 0% interest or 3-5 year plans for those who qualify. We do collect co-pays at the time of service to keep the costs low and prevent large surprise bills.
